Aug 11, 2016 Microsoft Lync wants to use the OCKeyContaineremailaddress keychain prompt. I keep getting prompted to enter my keychain password 'OCKeyContaineremailaddress' keychain, but this keychain does not exist. (it was removed when Lync 2011 was removed from my Mac earlier) I have tried re-installing Lync but no luck. Select Always Allow when prompted. You may encounter this dialog up to three times per app. The application will now start successfully. Note: If you clicked on Deny by accident, follow the instructions below to restore your keychain. Restore your keychain permissions for Office for Mac. If the above did not work, Office may have trouble accessing the keychain and you'll need to restore keychain permissions for Office for Mac. In these cases, you may see: The keychain access prompt every time you launch any Office application, even though you previously selected Always Allow.

Silverlight performance on my 2010 Mac Pro with GeForce 760 video card is very poor, it drops frames and stutters and the quality is low.
