- Nov 01, 2012 I have a few clients using Macs on Lion, they all have pc file servers running windows 2008 r2. One of the clients has reported some very odd behaviour with Creative Suite 5 files. They all connect via SMB. Basically two separate users can access the same file at the same time and are able to. The SMB client on OS X Lion is a completely different.
