I had to uninstall office suite and clear keychain for Microsoft Office, once that was established Office 365 no longer kept prompting for key and user credentials. Hope this helps! Troubleshoot the Keychain

Keychain First Aid:

Run Keychain Access found in /Applications/Utilities.
- Go to the Keychain Access Menu and drag down to Keychain First Aid.
- Enter your login password, click 'Verify' and 'Start'.
- You will probably get some items colored red. Click 'Repair' and 'Start'. If some items are still red, 'Repair' again.
Run repair permissions
- Choose Apple menu > Software Update to make sure you have the latest version of Mac OS X. A software update may change a file’s permissions to improve security.
- Open Disk Utility found in /Applications/Utilities , select the volume you want to check.
- Click First Aid.
- Click Repair Disk Permissions to test and repair permissions.

Test to see if the problem is fixed. If not..

Go to the system keychain and delete the entry for that account.
Go to Entourage, select 'accounts' from the Tools menu, Delete the account. (not just delete the info, but the entire account)
Create a new Account.

You can delete a keychain. You might want to do this if, for example, you’ve forgotten the password or you’re transferring a computer to someone else.

Important: If you delete a keychain, all its information is deleted. But you can recover its items later as long as you know its password.

Delete a keychain

In the Keychain Access app on your Mac, if keychains are hidden, choose View > Show Keychains.
Jul 31, 2017 have Word on my Airbook I did what you suggested and in Finder I typed in the document what I have made on Word but the document didn’t come up can’t understand why I can’t delete directly on Word but obviously I can’t.
